Classes for Adults

We now hire out our dance studio to independent fitness classes such as Yoga, Pilates and Pole Dancing.  For the full list of classes being run see Classes for Adults. These classes are an ideal way for parents to keep fit and have fun whilst the children are taking their gymnastics classes
