General Gymnastics
The class
Children are invited from our recreational classes to take part in general gymnastic classes and work up through these into our competition squad
These classes run on a Wednesday and cover all aspects of gymnastics including beam, single bar, asymmetric bar, parallel bars, vault, trampette, tumble, rings and floor
The children in these classes are expected to work on their flexibility and strength at home as well as in the sessions. The children benefit from having their own coach which will help them to achieve their goals at a faster pace. They can take part in the BAGA award scheme each term

Pricing
Each session is charged at £5.50 plus the annual BAGA membership fee
